1. About This Site
Nations Trails publishes research-based reviews, guides, and buying comparisons for hiking, camping, cycling, snow sports, and portable power gear, to help readers choose gear that fits their trips. Our content is for general information only and is not professional, medical, or safety advice. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and safety guidelines for any gear you buy, and check current conditions, local advice, and your own judgment before a trip.
2. Using Our Content
You are welcome to read our articles and share links to them. Please do not copy, republish, or resell our content without our written permission.
3. Our Reviews
Our guides are built from research: manufacturer specifications, published ratings, and verified buyer feedback, compared side by side. We do not personally use or field-test every product we write about. See our How We Test page for the full methodology. Individual results can vary, and product details, ratings, and availability may change after we publish.
4. Affiliate Links
This site participates in affiliate programs, including the Amazon Associates Program. Some links may earn us a commission if you make a purchase, at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclaimer for more details.
5. No Guarantees
We work to keep our content accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that everything is error-free, since manufacturers can change products, specifications, or pricing without notice. Use of this site is at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nations Trails is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of this site, including but not limited to purchasing decisions, financial loss, injury, or outcomes from a trip planned using information on this site.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
